All of our products are printed to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind. Please double-check your order and our size guide before purchasing.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at info@obsidianthreads.co.uk with:

Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your claim and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Returns Process

If a return is approved, we’ll provide the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
